Five 25 Law is focused on achieving results without court action.  When parties cannot agree on how to resolve a dispute, people generally think of court.  A court ruling is not always in the best interests of either party.  The best outcome in any legal matter is to reach an agreement through mediation.  Sometimes a settlement can be achieved by the parties resolving their differences using their legal representatives.  At other times, settlement may require the engagement of a qualified mediator or dispute resolution practitioner.  Unfortunately, when all other avenues fail, we have the experience to carry you through the court litigation process.
